If I don’t have a mental condition, can I come for consultation?
We don’t have to wait until we get sick to improve our health. If we can have a medical check up for our physical health, why not a mental health checkup? If we can improve our physical fitness, what about mental fitness? We can improve our psychological resilience to deal with challenges. This is called mental health promotion, more recently known as positive psychiatry.
